In certain Middle East areas where water de-salination and distribution are coupled with the public power authority, these are also included under the power energy schedule.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE:

Property Damage including Business Interruption

• Coverage on buildings, plant and machinery and all facilities including spares, pipelines, foundations of turbines, boilers, generators etc including consequential loss following losses recoverable under Property Damage section

Machinery Breakdown including Business Interruption

• Cover all plant and machinery against breakdown whilst in operation including consequential loss as a result of such breakdown

Third Party Liability

• Cover in respect of legal liability to third party (bodily injury and/or property damage) arising out of the operation

Construction

• Cover physical loss or damage to the property whilst under construction including liability
