INTRODUCTION
KSDC Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd (27790-U) was incorporated on 1st June 1976 in the name of Albar Insurance Broker Sdn Bhd. In December 1989, it was acquired by Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Kedah (PKNK) and changed its name to KSDC Insurance Sdn Bhd (KSDC). The company is now a leading provider of Insurance Broking and Risk Management Services in Malaysia and around the region.
As a subsidiary of PKNK, KSDC has been successful in providing and managing the insurance needs of Kedah state owned companies, Federal Government businesses as well as various large business conglomerates.
