Puan Anita binti Salleh, BCK was appointed as Executive Director of KSDC Insurance Brokers Sdn. Bhd. on 17 November 2024 and was subsequently appointed as Chairman on 01 February 2026.

She currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Kedah
(PKNK), the parent company of KSDC Insurance Brokers Sdn. Bhd., where she plays a
significant role in driving corporate strategy, organisational performance, and state economic development initiatives.

As a corporate leader with extensive experience in strategic management, organisational development, and stakeholder engagement, Puan Anita is recognised for her progressive leadership approach and strong governance capabilities. Her leadership experience is further strengthened by academic credentials in Human Resources Management and Public Relations from Universiti Utara Malaysia and Universiti Teknologi MARA respectively.

Her extensive experience in managing state-linked corporate initiatives and business
development continues to provide strong strategic direction, operational excellence, and sustainable growth for KSDC Insurance Brokers Sdn. Bhd.

Tuan Haji Junaidi bin Abidin was appointed as Director of KSDC Insurance Brokers Sdn. Bhd.
on 01 February 2026.

He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Kedah (PKNK)
and possesses extensive experience in financial management, corporate governance,
strategic planning, and business administration within state-linked corporations and
commercial entities.

Tuan Haji Junaidi holds a Diploma in Accountancy, Degree in Accountancy, and Master in
Business Administration, which complement his strong expertise in corporate finance,
organisational management, and investment oversight.
In addition to his corporate leadership role, he also serves as Board Member for several
companies under the PKNK Group, including PKNK Hotels Sdn. Bhd., Kevent Management,
Kynetics Land, and Darulaman Aset.

With his extensive financial and corporate management experience, Tuan Haji Junaidi
continues to contribute valuable strategic insight and governance support towards
strengthening the operational performance and long-term growth of KSDC Insurance Brokers
Sdn. Bhd.

Puan Wan Noor Ashikin binti Wan Azizan was appointed as Director of KSDC Insurance
Brokers Sdn. Bhd. on 01 March 2026.

She currently serves as Pengurus Bahagian Pelaburan at Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Kedah
(PKNK), where she plays a key role in overseeing and monitoring the performance, strategic
direction, and corporate governance of companies under the PKNK Group.

Having served with Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Kedah (PKNK) since 2006, she possesses
extensive experience in investment management, corporate administration, financial
oversight, and business operations within state-linked corporations.

Puan Wan Noor Ashikin holds academic qualifications in Accountancy and Business
Administration, which further strengthen her expertise in corporate management, financial
planning, and organisational governance.

With her broad experience in monitoring group companies and managing investment-related
initiatives, she brings valuable insight and strategic perspective towards strengthening the
governance, operational performance, and sustainable business growth of KSDC Insurance
Brokers Sdn. Bhd.

YB Rashidi bin Razak currently serves as the State Assemblyman (Ahli Dewan Undangan
Negeri) for Anak Bukit and was appointed as Director of KSDC Insurance Brokers Sdn. Bhd. on
01 January 2025.

With more than 15 years of experience in public service and constituency leadership, he
possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in strategic development planning, stakeholder
engagement, community empowerment, and government relations. Throughout his service,
he has actively contributed towards various socio-economic and infrastructure development
initiatives aimed at improving public facilities, strengthening local economic activities, and
enhancing the wellbeing of the community.

His broad experience in public administration and regional development provides valuable
insight and leadership support towards strengthening the corporate governance, strategic
direction, and industry network of KSDC Insurance Brokers Sdn. Bhd.

Mr. Shahril Azni bin Mohd Noor is an Affiliate of the Australian Insurance Institute with
extensive experience in the insurance and takaful industry spanning more than 30 years.

He began his career in the insurance industry in 1993 and has held various leadership and
management positions throughout his professional journey. Prior to his retirement, he served
as Regional Head, Northern Region at Zurich Takaful Berhad based in Alor Setar, where he
was responsible for overseeing regional business operations, strategic growth, agency
management, and customer relationship development across the northern region.

Throughout his career, Mr. Shahril Azni has gained extensive expertise in insurance
operations, takaful management, business development, sales leadership, and stakeholder
engagement. His vast industry knowledge and practical experience continue to contribute
significantly towards strengthening the strategic growth and operational excellence of KSDC
Insurance Brokers Sdn. Bhd., where he currently serves as Director.
