Puan Anita Salleh has extensive experience in corporate communications, human resource management, and business development. She began her career with Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Kedah (PKNK) in 1997 as an Administrative Officer (Public Relations), and progressively rose through key leadership roles including Head of Public Relations Unit, Manager of Administration & HR, and Senior Manager of Business Development. In 2022, she was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Kedah, a position she holds to this day.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication (Public Relations) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Shah Alam (1991), and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia (2012).

She was appointed as Executive Director of KSDC Insurance Brokers Sdn. Bhd. in November 2024. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and administration of the company to ensure smooth, efficient, and strategically aligned execution of its functions.

Appointed as a Board Member of KSDC on March 1, 2020, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Honors) from UUM, graduating in 1996. Since 1997, he has served at PKNK as an Administrative Officer in the Administration and Human Resource Development Division.

He received the Excellent Service Award (APC) in 2007, 2011, and 2014 and the Bintang Perkhidmatan Cemerlang Kedah (BCK) award in 2021 during the Sultan of Kedah’s Ulangtahun Hari Keputeraan.

YB Rashidi bin Razak has been actively involved in politics since 1995. He completed his secondary education at Kolej Sultan Abdul Hamid, Alor Setar, in 1981. Over the years, he has contributed significantly to humanitarian, welfare, and disaster relief missions both in Malaysia and abroad. Since 2023, he has been serving as the State Assemblyman (ADUN) for Anak Bukit, focusing on community development and public welfare.

He was appointed to the Board of Directors of KSDC Insurance Brokers Sdn. Bhd. on 1 January 2025. His extensive experience in public service brings valuable insights to the company’s leadership and strategic direction.
