Management

Graduated from the University of Technology MARA (Uitm) in 1987.  Started his career as Claims Assistant in 1990 with the Royal Insurance and since then gained almost 23 years of experience in the insurance industries mainly in insurance company, broking firm and corporate agency. With his his vast knowledge and experience in the insurance and broking industry, he now joins KSDC Insurance Brokers Sd Bhd, as Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to his joining KSDC, he was the Vice President of Corporate Business Division in Takaful Ikhlas.

Azli bin Zainuddin
Assistant General Manager

Holds a Diploma in Actuarial Science form the MARA Institute of Technology and has been with the insurance industry since 1996.  Had gained valuable experience in handling Fire, Property, Engineering and technical insurances such as Aviation and Marine Hll program for several Large and Specialized Risks accounts such as Northport, Time Dot Com, CIMA, Glaxo Smith Kline, etc.

During he course of his employment, he was also involved in handling and managing complex insurance.  His extensive experience has enable him to acquire and develop in-depth knowledge on insurance coverage, terms and conditions.  He is thus well equipped to advise clients their insurance needs and requirements by designing comprehensive optimum coverage insurance program at competitive cost that best suits the clients operation.  Apart from managing KSDC's KL Operation, his current scope of work involves managing a portfolio of clients where together with his team, he monitors the design and placement of their insurance program and the ongoing servicing of these clients, including addressing matters relating to risk management.

Heading the Sales Marketing team in Alor Setar.

Having more than 24 years in insurance industry focusing mostly on marketing and product knowledge development.  Held  the position of Branch Manager in several prominent insurance companies such as Talasco Insurance in Terengganu, Arab Malaysia Insurance and Nippon Insurance.  Prior to joining KSDC his last post was Business Development Manager to American Malaysia Insurance which was now known as Commerce Assurance Berhad before it was acquired by Allianz.

Graduated from Mara Institute of Technology in 1989 with a Diploma in Public Administration. Received Certificate in Insurance from Malaysia Institute of Insurance (MII).

Holds a Diploma in Malaysian Insurance Institute and affiliate to the Associateship of Malaysian Insurance Institute that has well over 8 years of experience as both insurance brokers and underwriters.

Initially attached to the largest international insurance broker in term of premiums handled in Malaysia, he has handled a wide array of risks including the provision of insurance placement and consulting services including managing clients of all sectors including utilities , oil & gas, petrochemical, construction, property, maritime and aviation.

To name a few ofmajor account that has his involvement such as Monsanto (M) Bhd, Sabah Electricity Sdn Bhd, Talisman Malaysia Ltd, Malaysia Airport Holdings Berhad, Malaysia Airlines, Sime Darby Group of Companies, Northport (M) Bhd and Eurocopter Malaysia.

Prior to joining KSDC, he was the Branch Manager for MIT Insurance Brokers that was responsible in setting up Johore Bahru Branch and managing all Johore Corporations Group of Companies Insurance Programme.

Graduated from University of Technology MARA in Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) in 2004.

Prior to joining KSDC, she gained working experience from a construction firm in Sabah as Executive Accounts for 2 years.  With ample knowledge in accounting, she then joined KSDC as Finance Executive in 2007 and later was promoted to Finance and Administration Manager in 2010.

She is now responsible in managing the financial operations and monitoring compliance and financial contracts, service agreements and licenses in ensuring that they comply with guidelines issued by Bank Negara Malaysia and statutory bodies consistent with relevant Acts that govern the operations of the organizations.
